If we had zero stress, we were aligned with the universe and if we were in total harmony, than we would have very little ‘disorder’ in our body. If we were totally synchronised with the cycles of the cosmos, our body would not age. But than, our body-mind is not completely aligned. The question remains, why isn’t it? And the answer is Stress! It is obvious to me that as soon as we have a thought, ANY thought, immediately the mind starts interfering with the biological rhythms to synchronise with the universal rhythms.
I would say that we interfere when we start to worry, when we ‘expect’ problems, when we start to think about all of the things that ‘could’ go wrong, when we try controlling everything, when we are scared, anxious, afraid as well as feeling isolated, lonely, alone.
All of the above ‘feelings’ interfere with the flow of nature’s intelligence. We are not connected with our source when we feel resistance, when things continuously go “wrong“, when we experience frustration, when everything is to much of an effort. If we live in a state of fear, we live in a state of separation, which is resistance to What Is. Everything would be spontaneous, an effortless ease, if we didn’t resist.
Listen to your body, it gives you signals of comfort and discomfort. It is speaking to you through pleasure and pain, attraction and repulsion. Connect with your source, your field of pure consciousness that manifests as the infinite diversity of the universe. Being out of harmony with the universal rhythms, gives us a signal of discomfort, it may be physical, mental or emotional. If we were at “flow” with the universe, the signal that would come to us would be a sense of comfort. A sense of ease as well as joy. That is when the voice of spirit speaks to us in the finest level of ‘feeling’ in our body. When we allow our body our deep listening, we will hear the voice of spirit. When we listen to our body’s wisdom and when we become aware of the physical feeling in our body, we will know the whole universe.
Nurture your body. Treat it with respect and loving attention. Take care of it! Don’t hold on to constriction and tightness in your consciousness. Relax into the rhythms of the universe. Let go. Spend time in silence. Meditate around 6 o’clock in the morning and six o’clock in the evening, as this is when your body is hypo-metabolic (lowest phase of metabolism).
Once you start to synchronise your rhythms with the rhythms of the universe, the body will feel very different. Vital, refreshed, energetic. You experience the state of consciousness where all in your life is flowing with ease. Commune with your Soul. Spend time alone, in silence, in solitude. Vibrant health is a state of positive well-being, not just the absence of disease. It is bliss that is inside of us all of the time. Health is to be aligned with the forces of the universe. When we feel that our body is part of nature.
The healing experience is the experience of being ‘whole’. Knowing that we are part of this Earth. Knowing that we are inseparable from the universe. Knowing that we are connected to everything.
