No Doubt - I Love My Shadow
It’s been a GREAT day today. I’m worn out though, but in a nice way. 
With the weather being so gorgeous today, we took the dogs for a walk in the woods. They loved it. After we sat by the wooden hut and had a pot of herbal tea. I must say, I do miss my coffee, but I gave up drinking it coffee last months.
Once home, we shared a whole Melon. YUMMY!!! Well, believe it or not, that was my lunch. I’m quite diciplined now since my Detox in December. Also, I’m a strong believer of ‘You Are What You Eat’.
Next week we are having visitors for a week, so I spend part of my afternoon weeding the front and back of the house, well, the bit with the shingle and not the 16 acres. For that part, we have a gardener of course
In the late afternoon I went for a walk along the beach with Shadow. The beach walk is my favourite one at the moment. I enjoy the companionship and the silence between Shadow and me. I have grown to love him very much. How could I not

Isn’t he JUST gorgeous?
Shadow and I are home alone and he is sleeping by my feet. The Thunder and Lightning doesn’t seem to bother him at all. Shadow is the most loyal friend I’ve ever had. He is just amazing!!!!
