Van Morrison - Someone like you
I have been a fan of Van Morrison and his music for just about as long as I can remember. A huge number of his songs take you on a spiritually inspired musical journey and it seems like he speaks to your soul, to your higher self.
Not only is his music inspirational but for me at least, it touches places deep down inside me that I have often been guilty of ignoring, denying the existence of, especially in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. They are also often great love songs and great poems (Just read the lyrics if you get a chance)
There are too many songs to choose a favourite from - depending on ones mood, one day one song reaches out to you more than another.

I am also a BIG fan of ‘Van Morrison’ and this particular song is my favourite. It makes my heart beat faster as it reminds me in particular of the man who played it to me when we were driving along once and he said that the song was ‘our’ song and the words were how he felt about me and that he has been looking for me all of his life…..I am still very much in love with him and I KNOW that ‘the best is yet to come’…
Thanks for reminding me once again and also for your nice write up. You must be a person with loads of feeling, but I also sense that they are hidden inside. Hope you don’t mind me saying so.
Where love touches you deep inside, in hidden places, it is given to us by the Universe and personally I feel that we should hold on to it…..
