Here it is!! … FEBRUARY 29th… It’s a LEAP YEAR!! … an extra “BONUS” day in the year 2008 which gives us another chance to ‘catch up’ on something important. Something we been meaning to do and maybe put off to another day.
Well, I know what I be doing with my extra day today. 
Did you know that most years that can be divided evenly by 4 are leap years?
Here is an example:
2008 divided by 4 = 502 >> Leap year!But of course, as with most things, there IS an Exception!
Did you know that Century years are NOT leap years?
UNLESS of course they can be evenly divided by 400.
Here is an example:
1700, 1800, and 1900 were not leap years, but 1600 and 2000, which are divisible by 400.
