Be Self-Confidence!

Be Self-Confidence!

Author: tracy

Self-confidence means trust in one’s own ability. As a very important psychological quality, it brings your creative power to play, and arouses you enthusiasm for work and helps you overcome difficulties. When asked of the secret of her success,Marie Curie answered, “My success lies in perseverance and self-confidence, and the latter in particular.”

Self-confidence gives you light when you are in dark and encouragement when you are dismayed. It is self-confidence that inspires you to cope with any arduous task. With self-confidence,the goal you intend can be reached, and so can make the hard nut be cracked.

I believe that any one can gain the success if he or she wants to. Whether he is at school or at work, a person is more likely to succeed if he is hard-working, honest, intelligent, responsible, and so on. But of all the possible characteristics that can affect one’s success, I believe self-confidence to be the most important for the following reasons.

The first reason is that when a person has self-confidence he believes in himself. He believes that he is capable enough, so he can and will succeed, and this gives him the courage to try new things. In order to be successful we must be willing to take some risks, so having self-confidence is very important. Another reason is that a confident person would never choose to give up. When he fails he tries again and again until he wins. On the contrary, Some people find most of the things impossible, saying, “It is beyond my ability to do the task.” or “I am not cut out for it.” In many cases, these are only lame excuses. When our heart is out of self-confidence,every hope is gone, and then you will never catch the chance to be success.

Last is not the least, a final reason is that confident people are not afraid to show off their achievements. This is not to say that they should brag, but that they should gracefully and confidently accept the compliments of others. When their achievements are noticed more by others at school or work, they are more likely to succeed.

In short, I believe self-confidence to be the most important factor in success. It enables people to take risks, try again when they fail, and enjoy their accomplishments when they win. With these abilities, a confident person can succeed easily whether he is learning in school or work in company.

Prisoner of your own making

Prisoner of your own making

How often do you blame someone else for your misery? For the pain you experience?
How often do you look to another for what you think you don’t already have within us?
How often do you accuse someone else for betraying you?
How often do you settle for less that you desire… and also deserve?

See!!! All of this is simply a way not to be happy.
Simply a way to stay stuck in a life that is hum drum…and yes, even a life which is miserable at times.

Don’t let another moment go by without recognising your addictions to unhappiness. To discomfort. Start to look forward. Focus on your Dreams and make them come true.

As soon as you understand what you are doing to yourself you can simply choose to stop the behaviour and begin to see that we “make” ourselves what WE ARE. And that is both “miserable and happy“.

There is nothing that can take you ‘from’ happiness or bring you to it either.

Don’t blame another for your discomfort.
Don’t use this to keep you tied to a prison of your own making.

You have the ability to become the Power to make your life exactly what you wish it to be NOW.

Life’s Journey: A Stage Show

Life’s Journey: A Stage Show

“If death meant just leaving the stage long enough to change costume and come back as a new character…Would you slow down? Or speed up?”

For my part, I was hoping this to be my last ‘performance’… the Masters call it the Ascension.

Man was made for Joy and Woe | William Blake Quote

Man was made for Joy and Woe | William Blake Quote

This is one of my favourite quotes. It is so meaningful.

“Man was made for joy and woe
and when this we rightly know
through the world we safely go.
Joy and woe are woven fine
A clothing for the soul divine.”

~ William Blake

What are you thinking?

What are you thinking?

The soul is dyed the color of its thoughts.
Think only on those things that are in line with your principles and can bear the light of day.
The content of your character is your choice.
Day by day, what you do is who you become.

The Compass Movie – Official Trailer

The Compass Movie – Official Trailer

Most of us know that life is meant to be lived in abundance and that we all desire to experience to live our lives at the highest level possible. For my part, I have been taught and have learnt how important vision is and keeping your thoughts clear.

If you sincerely want to accomplish to be successful, you have to do a bit more than needs to be done to get to the top. You need to live life with fulfilment and of course gratitude. If you don’t know your optimal path, you wander slowly and aimlessly. Life will meander like a stream and will take you down the mountain instead of carrying you all the way up to the top.

Your very own compass is your inner sense of direction. Question is, are you heading in the right direction? Are you discovering your true purpose and than living it from where you are to where you want to be? If you can’t be happy, than WHAT else is there?

The Universe is your playground!

Arsenic Soup For Lovers – The Darker Side of Human Nature

Arsenic Soup For Lovers – The Darker Side of Human Nature

Posted by Viola Woolcott

“Arsenic Soup for Lovers” is all else BUT heart-warming or inspirational. It is about infidelity – revenge – the desperate search for a spouse – deception – and yes, even murder.

It’s about the darker side of human nature. Arsenic Soup is tinged with humour. But you will find though that many of the stories aren’t funny.

If “Chicken Soup” doesn’t work, click on the link below and get your copy of:

“Arsenic Soup for Lovers“: by Georgia Z. Post

Arsenic Soup for Lovers is for you if you are seeking a quick read or yes, if you suffer from a broken heart and are seeking revenge.

For a sample read: click here: “Widow for Rent“

Personally I find it quite a funny read, but if I had the choice I prefer “Chicken Soup for the Soul”. What do you think?
