Barak Obama | Politics or Media - Who Do You Think Will Win?
I gotta admit… Politics… I just don’t like them… What’s the point in having a Bunch of people making promises they don’t keep? To me, the whole system is set up for them not to be able to keep their promises.
But…
… I also have to admit that from ’what’ I’ve seen, this is the most exciting presidential election season I’ve seen in a long, long time.
You hear Tim Russert from NBC say things like “Barak Obama is a strong leader because he’s so inspiring, like JFK.” …and than you hear Wolf Blitzer on CNN telling you, “Hillary Clinton is strong, ambitious, and knowledgeable - you just can’t count her out.”… and of course, when you switch on Fox News, there’s Sean Hannity saying, “John McCain - a true American hero. Principled, determined.”…
I have no doubt, no matter where you get your political news from, there’s one thing is for sure, ALL the presidential candidates have many true leadership qualities - each to their own and each in their own way.
And than of course, when you switch your PC on, your Inbox is flooded with articles where people get ‘bad mouthed’, ‘slagged off’ and where ‘dirty washing gets washed’. I don’t know. I wouldn’t like to be in Obama’s shoes. They really got it in for him and you read things like:
He’s a Muslim. He was sworn into office on the Koran. He doesn’t say the Pledge of Allegiance. His pastor is an anti-Semite. He’s a tool of Louis Farrakhan. He’s anti-Israel. His advisers are anti-Israel. He’s friends with terrorists. The terrorists want him to win. He’s the Antichrist.
To be honest, I think that by the end of the day none of us have a lot to say in the matter, as most happens behind closed doors and we just get the ‘end’ result.
