5 Simple Things That You Are Grateful For

I am just wondering, have you ever created a gratitude journal? Every morning before I get out of bed I write down 5 simple things that I am grateful for in my life. They are ‘little’ things and they are real.

Moving into my day AND with every passing day I have noticed a change. Something extraordinary happens. Life somehow gets and feels ‘lighter’. I tell you, most of us who have done it know that this is not some kind of hype or something. To me personally it means “pervasive happiness“. The final outcome of the impact of gratitude journaling.
