Barnabas Adventure Centres | Investors in Young People

Barnabas Adventure Centres | Investors in Young People

Barnabas Adventure Centres offer residential accommodation and instructed activities for:

1. Youth Groups
2. Schools and Colleges
3. Conferences
4. Training Schemes

The centre encourages young people for over 80 years at their activity centres. The charity runs four centres across the UK:

Carroty Wood – Kent

Whithaugh Park – Scottish Border

Frontier Centre – Northants

Halls Green – Kent

Each year about 40,000 people visit the centres. From schools, youth groups to house parties and also the Prince’s Trust training organisations. Their aim is to be investors in young people, helping them to grow spiritual, physical and also boost their confidence, which in turn teaches them to have greater respect for others as well as working better as part of a team.

What an opportunity! For more detailed information click here: www.barnabas.org.uk

Forwards and Upwards, that’s the way to go

Forwards and Upwards, that’s the way to go

I’m sure you have all been told to “choose your parents with great care”, as it’s supposed to be the key to success. Personally I believe that it is partially true, but I also believe that it is even more important to choose your career with great care. And of course, that is up to you. In the process remember that YOU are the most important person in your life and the choice of job/occupation that suits you has to come before anything else.

Lets face it (and most of you are on a daily basis), if you do a job or even something you are not enjoying or maybe disbelieve in, you will never be happy. You resent what you are doing. If you are not happy and resent what you are doing, you won’t be successful. As simple as that!

Before you even ask, the answer is NO. What you have doesn’t really matter. BUT what you do with what you have is the important factor. Obviously that is what determines your success and yes, unfortunately it also determines your failures. Most people tend to settle for far less than they are capable of achieving. That’s called fear and lack of motivation.

I am sure you want to be best at what you are doing. No, you want to be excellent at what you are doing. Rewards only go towards extraordinary performance. To be “The Best”, do what it takes! Pay any price. Go any distance and of course spend the amount of time required.

What category to you belong to?

=> EXTRAORDINARY performance ?
=> AVERAGE performance ?
=> BELOW AVERAGE performance?

Today YOU are paid exactly the amount of money that you are worth.

NO more – NO less!!!

You want more? Than the answer to that would be to increase your worth – to increase your values of yourself and also of others.

Motivation is vital. Choose the right job/career and do what it takes to be excellent at what you are doing.

Don’t fear. Fear effects our behaviour and of course, doesn’t it quite often lead us to making the “wrong” choices and decisions?

The opposite of fear is love, loving yourself and respecting yourself. And believe me, loving what you are doing gets you in the mood, it gets you motivated. You become excellent at what you are doing, which means you move forwards and upwards!

Eating Nuts Reduces the Risk of Gaining Weight

Eating Nuts Reduces the Risk of Gaining Weight

I am a BIG fan of eating raw nuts. They are not only good for your health, they also good for loosing weight. Every time when I recommend eating them, people give me ‘funny’ looks and ‘preach’ about the calories and the amount of fat in them and that eating them will make me gain weight.

You may be surprised, BUT nuts are a rich source of nutrients and not to forget they protect your cardiovascular system. And it may surprise you even more to know that researchers from Spain and America, including Harvard and Purdue University came up with surprising results after studying almost 9,000 men and women. They found that eating nuts at least twice a week could lower the risk of gaining weight.

Nuts contain LOTS of fibre, which has an appetite suppressing effect, which makes it easier to stick to your diet.

Personally I snack organic, raw nuts every day between meals. Walnuts, almonds, and with my favourite being pine nuts, pecans, cashews and macadamia. Try them with green tea and you may find that they reduce hunger from one meal to another.

Make sure they are ORGANIC!!!

INTENT – Success Secret No 1 | Carlos Castaneda

INTENT – Success Secret No 1 | Carlos Castaneda

“Intent is not a thought, or an object, or a wish.

Intent can make a man succeed when his thoughts tell him that he is defeated.

It operates in spite of a warriors indulgence.

Intent is what makes him invulnerable.

Intent is what speeds a shaman through a wall, through space, to infinity.”

Stuart Wilde – Mastery Of Money

Stuart Wilde – Mastery Of Money

Love him or hate him – he knew about the “Money Energy” long before “The Secret” became popular – this was the kind of stuff Stuart was already doing 20 years ago.

The below video seminar was filmed in 1986. Stuart talks about money as ”energy“. As soon as we see money as “energy” there is NO limit to how much money we can “attract” into our lives.

You will see, people will be naturally attracted to what you are when you follow Stuart’s highly successful metaphysical approach. By raising your energy quickly, you’ll get into the flow of “easy money”.
