This is a very ‘iffy’ subject and most don’t really care or disagree about the impacts. Personally I KNOW that we shouldn’t have this ‘stuff’ in our mouth. After all, it is just a ‘heavy metal’.

Have you ever been told that all of your health issues are all in your head? That your symptoms or diseases have no medically known cause? That there is no treatment for what you got? Not even a cure?

Dental toxicity is the cause of much to many of these unexplained symptoms and diseases. And for many it is due to the mercury in amalgam fillings.

It doesn’t stop here either. Root Canals have also been shown to contribute and have an impact on many health issues for that the medical community has NO answers.

Don’t stop looking for the truth.

I used one and REALLY, it would make one hell of a story. So I am thinking about it! For now, to keep the ‘story’ short here are some of the details.

My ‘ conman’, who had been recommended to me by my Physiotherapist, ended up giving me more pain than I could ever imagine, he left me waiting, didn’t finish the job and than claimed that I needed Root Canals. Each and every scene which fill all our days with opportunities are opportunities to serve our purpose. Listen to your intuition. Make the time to think deeply. Be patient. She is a Bitch – She is a Ferret

She’s a Bitch – She’s a Ferret

I went out shopping with my daughter-in-law today. We been putting it off for ages being busy with and in our own lifes. LONG overdue. Today seemed the ‘right’ day, we both made the time and went out.

We had a GREAT afternoon. Lots of talking and sharing, as ‘girls’ do. We do get on, even though there are ‘quite’ a few years between us.

It been a few weeks now when I stopped by at Kev’s and Kirst’s, so I felt it be a good idea to see their new ‘addition’ to their family (… Yes, I wish J ) …we are talking Ferrets here. SORRY!

Ferrets are so, SO cute, BUT I don’t like their smell, needless to say cleaning them out, and also, what is it that they do being in a cage… locked up… trapped…?? . My oldest son Kev loves them and has even breed them on a number of occasions, so I support his desire in having them and giving them a loving, caring and clean home with lots of attention and playing time.

… I wish I never stopped by… Little did I know that something that cute, something that young could “go” for ME whilst being stroked and admired. Before I knew it I had the oldest of the ‘young once’ attached to my hand. Trying to get her of off me, she bit my other hand… and my attempt to stop her from biting me failed and she ‘attached’ herself to my other hand again… BLOOD everywhere and Kirsty shouting for Kevin who came running to my rescue with a tissue…

What a pain! What agony! WHAT teeth marks!

Don’t ever ‘mess’ with a Ferret !!!!

Appreciate the good things you already have in your life

Appreciate the good things you already have in your life

I do come across a LOT of people, sites and even offers in my e-mails with “claims” to offer something ‘better’. Something ‘groundbreaking’. Something ‘revolutionary‘. Something ‘Life-changing‘… and that not only in the field of health and personal development. Lately, more than ever even in the field of marketing and business growth. People are trying to get your attention with ANYTHING… quite amusing, considering that in the ‘olden’ days I would ‘fall’ for it all too.

Today, all this is behind me. But had you seen me a few years back, I had been dead-broke. I had a next-to-NO income to speak of. I was living entirely off credit cards, had a cleaning job and tried bringing up 5 children. Don’t ‘kill’ yourself financially, physically and/or even emotionally.

And YES, I do know that making more money and getting more fun and enjoyment out of life are as much top priorities for you, JUST as they are for me. But first get to peace. Inner security. I never understand why people care more about their outside than their inside. Why they are always ‘moaning’ about their hair… figure… weight… skin… height… job… kids… neighbours… car… home… and yes, their partners?! You name it, they moan about it. An old x-friend of mine used to even have her ‘depressive’ days when ‘Eastenders’ (soap opera) wasn’t to her liking.

Acknowledge all of the good things in your life. Stop wanting and longing for more without having appreciation. Appreciation for the good things that you already have in your life. Both, the small as well as the BIG things. Appreciate yourself. Discover a sense of ‘wholeness’. Develop an attitude of gratitude. AND you will see, everything will ‘fall into place.

In the financial world, when something that’s ‘appreciated’ it grows in value. Learn to be consistently thankful as well as approving and your life will grow in value and you will see that that’s the only life-changing thing there is and that your life will grow in value.

Fatigue – Food may be the reason for your tiredness

I know that most of us are aware that food is the cause for a lot of things. Needless to say that one of them is fatigue and it can show up from a number of different things. Do you eat junk food? What about sugar? How about white flour? Saturated fats? The above will not ONLY make you unhealthy, they will leave you sluggish and fatigued. And than there are also the food intolerances and of course, the many, many allergies. Even if you only have a mild food intolerance towards some foods, it doesn’t mean that you have to be aware of it. In some cases it is as easy as eliminating lets say dairy products. Dairy is among the most common allergy/intolerance. Lacking important nutrients in your body from unhealthy living can be responsible for your tiredness too. A lot of people change the food that they eat in order to eliminate tiredness.

As it isn’t that simple to determine if food is the real reason behind your tiredness, it would be a good idea to keep a food diary, which will help you to keep an eye on your eating pattern. Just think, you could be able to find out which foods leave you drained within a couple of weeks. You would also work out which foods would raise your energy levels.

We are all different, but still, here are some basic suggestions I can make as far as a healthy diet goes.

Almost anybody feels tired after a large, heavy meal. Eating 5-6 small meals a day will regulate your blood sugar and will put less ‘stress’ on your organism.

At least 5 fresh vegetables or fruit should be eaten a day. To get enough nutrients, I would suggest freshly made juices if you do not like vegetables or fruit.

The reduction of carbohydrates is important. They come in two different sorts: the refined and the complex. For example the refined once are white sugar, rice and also flour, which means that the outer shell has been removed and the outer shell contains most of the important vitamins and minerals. The average diet contains BIG amounts of ‘carbs‘ and can leave you with feeling ‘chronically’ tired.

Your fat intake should be limited to less than 30% of your daily calorie intake. Saturated fats are linked to a number of cancers and heart diseases. You find it in red meats, poultry skin and of course dairy products. Most experts would tell you to cut down on saturated fats.

Whenever possible, choose organic foods. Limit preservatives, additives, artificial flavours AND sweeteners! Always read the labels when you are going shopping.

Now go on and imagine feeling awesome.

You will never go any Higher than you think

Have you ever thought about that the power inside of you is beyond anything that you could possibly imagine? We can all have what we desire without effort. The possibilities are without limits. Unbounded and with pure potential energy. Consciously we can attract any experience we want and like I said, there are NO limits. To be even closer to be a master of manifestation, you have to be SUPER specific and free from ‘lack’. Be at a place of surrender.

Manifestation happens when we ask consciously for what it is we want. Ask in a clear, firm manner. It is like throwing a magnetic boomerang out into the Universe and when it returns, it returns with our desired outcome. The more specific you are, the more clear and sincere about letting go of “wanting and needing” what you desire, the faster you move into the feeling of “receiving” your desired outcome in this, your physical world. Let go of any attachment to your desired outcome. Naturally, this will start of the manifesting process. Just think for a minute what would happen if you threw a boomerang without letting go of it. It would not be able to come back to you. So let go. Don’t be anxious. The Universal Intelligence loves deep honesty. It ‘listens’ to the more powerful requests. For the energy behind making requests. It hears your request and assists you in manifesting whatever it is that you desire. Be humble. Be realistic. Be honest. Be grounded about who you are and of course what it really is that you want to attract into your life.

And remember: The opportunities you create, you create by asking for them.
